Aaron Witcher, also known as Pastor Soulja, was booked into the Weber County Jail Tuesday on suspicion of nine counts of rape.
An investigation into the relationship began Aug. 2 when someone reported suspicious activity at a church parking lot. An officer found Witcher and the girl inside a parked car. Both parties admitted to a sexual relationship.
